Born in Lima, Peru, moving to the United States in 2000, Paola Bonarriva is currently working in an educational program under the Maryland State Department of Education, aimed at helping families and improving their lives.

Now, through her work in real estate, she hopes to provide the same level of care and well-being into her business transactions within B & T and her negotiations with clients, aiming for complete customer satisfaction, looking to secure their customers' dreams.

Born in Lima, Peru, and moving to the United States in 1987, Luis Tapia has worked in bi-county agencies as a Manager and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in residential and non-residential development.

Through the partnership forged with the creation of B & T, Luis aims to use his position as Team Leader to ensure quality service and top-tier investments for both the company and their clients, showing them that purchasing a home is not an impossible achievement.
